  • How are the products refurbished?

    The refurbishment process typically includes a full inspection/test, identify the areas of damage or repair. Replacement / repair of such damages, any defective parts, a thorough cleaning and inspection process, and repackaging by the seller. All such repairs and renovations are performed by and supervised by certified technicians.

  • Who will deliver and fix the furniture?

    Qualified delivery & technician personnel will deliver the products. Post successful delivery, fitment will be completed by qualified technicians. Purchaser is asked to sign an acknowledgement letter post successful delivery and fitment of all refurbished products.

    The orders placed can’t be cancelled or returned post successful delivery and fitment. We will take all measures to ensure timely delivery and inspection of all products prior to delivery. However, purchaser is advised to check all product parameters prior to the acceptance of the delivery.
