How can I get faster refunds?+
For quicker refunds, you can return your products directly to any nearby Max store instead of waiting for a pickup. Cash payments can be refunded instantly as cash or credited to your Max MyCredit account. For payments made through Wallet, UPI, Card, or Net Banking, the refund amount will be processed back to the original payment source within 2–7 business days.
I just returned my products online. When will I receive my refund?+
Once your returned items pass the quality check, your refund will be processed based on the original payment method. Card and NetBanking refunds may take an additional 2–7 business days to reflect in your account. For cash payments, registered users can receive an instant refund to My Credit, while guest users receive a Credit Note via email. Customers may also request a bank transfer by submitting their bank details, which takes an additional 3 business days to process. Refunds for Wallet payments are credited back to the respective wallet, while Landmark Rewards payments are refunded through Credit Note or My Credit. Omni Credit Notes issued for store returns are valid for 1 year and can be used across Lifestyle, Max, and Home Centre stores or online, whereas online return Credit Notes are valid for 6 months and can be used only on Home Centre online purchases.
How do I get a refund if I paid for the order by PayPal?+
Refunds for PayPal payments are credited directly to your PayPal account after the return process is completed. Returned items are usually received within 2–3 business days, followed by a quality check and refund initiation within 2 business days. After the refund is processed, it may take an additional 4–15 business days for the amount to reflect in your PayPal account.
How do I get a refund if I paid for the order by cash?+
If you paid for your order using cash, your refund options will depend on the return method. For online returns, the refund amount will be credited to the “My Credit” wallet in your Maxfashion account, which can be used for future online purchases. For in-store returns, you can choose between receiving a cash refund or getting the refund credited to your My Credit account for convenient future shopping.
Can I return my HomeCentre.com purchases to a store?+
Yes, you can conveniently return your Home Centre products at any Home Centre or combined Home Centre and Lifestyle store. Simply bring the products in their original packaging along with the invoice, and hand them over to an authorized store staff member. Once the return is verified, your refund will be processed based on your original payment method, with options including cash refund, Credit Note, My Credit, card refund, or PayPal refund. Please review the returns policy to check product eligibility before visiting the store.
