They are also valid for online purchases on HomeCentre.com, LifestyleStores.com, and MaxFashion.com. Gift Cards remain valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted. Customers can check the card balance and validity through SMS, online, or by visiting a Home Centre store. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards is not the responsibility of QwikCilver, Lifestyle International Pvt. Ltd, or their affiliates. All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
Can the Gift Card be blocked?+
Gift Cards cannot be blocked once issued and will remain active until their expiry date. Please ensure your Gift Card details are kept safe and used before the validity period ends.
How will the amount be refunded for the returned items, which were paid for with a Gift Card?+
If you return an item purchased online using a gift card, the refund amount for the returned product will be issued in the form of vouchers. These vouchers can be used for future purchases as per the applicable terms and conditions.
Can I redeem the value of the Gift Card in part?+
Gift Cards can be used flexibly for your purchases. If your order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, you can use multiple Gift Cards and pay the remaining amount using another payment method. If your Gift Card balance is higher than your purchase value, the unused balance will remain available for future purchases until fully utilized.
