Credit Notes are issued when you return a product, usually one that you’ve paid for by Cash on Delivery. You can also opt for a Credit Note when you return a product to a store, whatever your payment method.

There are two different types of Credit Notes, and they are redeemed differently:

- The Omni Credit Note you receive when you return a product to a store is issued by Qwikcilver and is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Redeem it when you shop Lifestyle, Max or Home Centre products online or in-store.
- Credit Notes you receive when you place an online return request or call for a return pickup are valid only for 6 months and can only be used to shop Home Centre products online.
